By creating an account or using the CarDealSniper application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CarDealSniper is a vehicle deal-finding platform that scans online marketplaces (OfferUp, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist) for vehicles priced below market value. The Service provides pricing analysis, deal alerts, and market trend data to help users identify potential vehicle purchase opportunities.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Free Plan: Limited access with 3 deals per day, digest notifications, and basic marketplace scanning.
Paid Plans (Premium, Motorcycle Pro, Enterprise): Enhanced features including unlimited deals, instant notifications, AI filtering, and additional marketplace access.
Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription price upon renewal.
Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing period after the notice date.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app (Profile > Subscription > Cancel) or through the Stripe billing portal. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment if you are unsatisfied with the Service. After 7 days, no refunds are provided for partial billing periods. To request a refund, contact [email protected].
Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel during the trial at no cost.

Vehicle pricing is based on marketplace data and third-party valuations (PPBB, JD Power, Edmunds) which may be inaccurate. Always conduct your own due diligence before purchasing a vehicle.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CARDEALSNIPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service, including its algorithms, software, design, and content, is owned by CarDealSniper and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes (unless on an Enterprise plan).
CarDealSniper scans publicly available listings on third-party marketplaces. We are not affiliated with OfferUp, Facebook Marketplace, or Craigslist. We do not control the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party listings. Your interactions with sellers are solely between you and the seller.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data per our Privacy Policy.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
