This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and CarDealSniper ("Licensor") for the CarDealSniper mobile application ("Application"). By installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this EULA.
The Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use (unless subscribed to an Enterprise plan), subject to these terms and the Terms of Service.

The Application, including all code, algorithms, designs, graphics, and content, is the property of the Licensor and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights.
The Application offers subscription plans with auto-renewal. Subscription management, including cancellation, is available through the Application or Apple App Store / Google Play Store settings. See our Terms of Service for complete billing and refund terms.
Auto-Renewal Disclosure: Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
The Application integrates with third-party services including Firebase (Google), Stripe, and vehicle marketplace platforms. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. The Licensor is not responsible for third-party service availability or content.
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. The Licensor does not warrant that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that vehicle pricing data will be accurate. Vehicle purchase decisions are solely your responsibility.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION. The Licensor's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
This EULA is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies of the Application.
The Licensor may release updates to the Application. Some updates may be required for continued use. Updated versions may be subject to additional or revised terms.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
